​Dr. Thomas Alfreda is an Internal Medicine & Age Management Specialist and Chief Medical Officer of Health4life. He co-founded Health4life Concierge Medical Clinic to offer his patients the special care and attention they deserve. Dr. Alfreda has bridged the gap between conventional medicine and a science-based, proactive approach to decrease the risk of age-related disease and lengthen health span for men and women.  ​

Dorina Tavernaro-Alfreda , APRN, FNP-C is long time resident of Las Vegas and is a certified family nurse practitioner with over 16 years of healthcare experience. She holds a Master of Science in nursing from Chamberlain University and Bachelor's of Science of nursing from Grand Canyon University.  Dorina is an active member of professional organizations including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing. 

Ashley is the Clinical Manager for Health4life. She strives to provide every patient with the highest level of care and treats everyone like family. She is a Nationally Certified Medical Assistant with her Associates in Healthcare Administration. When she’s not in the office, Ashley is spending time with her family, training Jiu Jitsu or getting lost in a good book.

​Mary has been working on the administrative end of Healthcare for over 6 years now. It is her goal to provide all of our members with the best knowledge they need to utilize their health insurance and answer any and all billing questions! When Mary is not in the office, she enjoys hanging out and spending time with her family and friends!

Sierra Gradick is Health4life's New Patient Coordinator. She is the person all of our new patients will interact with as they on-board into Heatlh4life. She also assists the Medical Assistant team with any and all patient tasks! She has been in the medical field for 10 years and loves getting to know our patients and providing quality one on one care. When Sierra is not in the office she enjoys DanceFit, reading, & bonding with her son!

Trevor is Dr. Alfreda's Clinical Medical Assistant at Health4life's Henderson Clinic. Trevor started his medical career as an EMT in California and has worked in a wide variety of jobs within the medical field. Trevor takes pride in helping people and strives to make everyone feel welcome at Health4life. When he is not working, he is spending time with his wife and three daughters!

Denise is Dr. Alfreda's Clinical Medical Assistant at Health4life's Summerlin Clinic. Denise has over 30 years of customer service experience and she recently decided to challenge herself and go back to school! After graduating with High Honors, she became a Nationally Certified Clinical Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her four grown children and watching the classics like 'Gone with the Wind' and 'Ben-Hur'.

​LaShonda is from California and has graduated from The Bryman School Of Arizona with Associates in Medical Assisting. She has also earned her Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration from University of Phoenix. LaShonda strives to provide excellent patient care and she makes everyone feel great in the process! In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family and does some modeling too! You can also find her cheering on her LA Lakers and LA Chargers!

Christie is a Las Vegas native and new to the medical industry. She enjoys meeting our patients and assisting in various procedures. She’s excited to be a part of the Health4Life family and learn from Dr Alfreda and his team. Christie enjoys hiking, camping and spending time with her family.  

Eurma is a Registered Medical Assistant and she has RETURNED to Health4life. More to come.....

​Pedro Ontiveros is our Phlebotomist of Choice! Pedro has 18 years experience in the Medical Field as a National Certified Phlebotomy Technician. He not only has a solid background in phlebotomy along with superior and professional people skills! Pedro has become an expert in collection and procession blood specimens according to established guidelines, protocol and safety procedures while maintaining an unfailing sanitary and safe workspace. He has strong knowledge of venipuncture procedures as well as proper blood draw order. Pedro has an amazing record of providing superior patient care to ensure outstanding patient experiences! He owns a life commitment to excellence in the field of Phlebotomy!

Brenda is a seasoned phlebotomist with over a decade of invaluable experience in the medical field. With a passion for patient care and an unwavering dedication to her profession, her gentle touch and comforting demeanor put even the most anxious patients at ease. She creates a positive and stress-free experience during each and every blood collection procedure. 

Kathryn is honored to serve as Chief Executive Officer of Health4life. She brings to the position a vast knowledge of the healthcare industry and a passion for the organization's mission. Health4life Concierge Medical Clinic was created to provide patients the healthcare they deserve while receiving amazing customer service with each and every encounter. Kathryn is excited and honored to be a part of this amazing team.
