LAB TESTING

Health4life offers our patients a relaxed and efficient experience when it comes to drawing labs. We have contracted with a third party Lab Company that accepts most major insurance plans. This third party Lab Company also provides the best 'cash' prices that we have been able to find. We can also draw labs for our patients and send to Quest or LabCorp for processing. 

 

Health4life offers 'In-Office' Lab Draws; check out our schedule below. Patients can utilize their health insurance or they can pay 'cash' for lab services.

Our patients can also choose to go to any Lab they wish; such as Quest, LabCorp or CPL.
